|Responsible for the technical leadership in the strategy development and execution of Telkom’s Internet Service as a growth engine for Telkom broadband that will yield customer acquisition growth, improved customer experience, and profitable revenue. Manage the operational performance and service/ operational level agreements with internal stakeholders across business units and service organizations and provide leadership to the Telkom Internet Service team.|
|Qualifications||Relevant 3-year degree (NQF level 7), preferably IT/ Engineering-related.|
|Experience||8 Years Internet Service experience, of which at least 3 years on senior management level.|
|Special Requirements||Prepared to travel nationally Prepared to work long hours to meet deadlines Valid Driver’s License Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers, executives, and non-technical leaders|
